The lien is <br />claimed and established pursuant to the recorded Restrictive Covenants for and <br />governing said subdivision and represents unpaid and delinquent assessments <br />pursuant to those Covenants. The lien claimed herein is in the amount of $1,320.00 for <br />the unpaid annual assessments for 2012 and 2013 due immediately, together with <br />interest, attorney fees and filing fees.
