DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated March 23, 2004 (the "Deed of Trust ") which has been recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as follows: recorded April 2, 2004 as Instrument #200403204 in Hall County, Nebraska. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County, State of Nebraska: Lots Eleven (11) and Lot Twelve (12), Farrell Subdivision excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Book 178, Page 123 The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3733 Arch Ave, Grand Island, NE 68803. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Principal Increase $599,208.00. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
