<br />Carkoski, Husband and Wife to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated September 12, 2012, and recorded September 21, 2012, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #201207881 (or in Book Number
<br />Page Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
