1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />- 2 - <br />201307810 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9452 (Cont.) <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That the final development plan for Grand Island Mall Thirteenth <br />Subdivision is amended as shown on the development plan approved and signed by the <br />Subdivider and the City. <br />SECTION 2. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, as established by Section 36 -7 of the Grand Island City Code be, and the same is, <br />hereby ordered to be changed, amended, and completed in accordance with this ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. That the portion of the access easement at the westerly end of Grand <br />Island Mall Thirteenth Subdivision Lot 1 described as: <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot One (1); thence running easterly on the north line <br />of said Lot One (1), a distance of Twenty (20.00) feet, to the ACTUAL Point of Beginning; <br />thence continuing easterly on the north line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Fifteen (15) feet; <br />thence running southerly parallel with and Thirty Five (35.00) feet east of the west line of said <br />Lot One (1), a distance of One Hundred Forty Sis Hundredths (140.06) feet, to a point on the <br />south line of said Lot One (1); thence running westerly on the south line of said Lot One (1), a <br />distance of Fifteen (15.00) feet, to a point Twenty (20.00) feet east of the west line of said Lot <br />One (1); thence running northerly parallel with the west line of said Lot One (1), a distance of <br />One Hundred Forty Six Hundredths (140.06) feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning and <br />containing 0.048 acres (2101 Sq. Ft. more or less <br />be vacated as shown and more particularly described on the attached Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />It is the intent to vacate only that portion of the easement identified on Exhibit A. <br />
