AND WENDY J. ROMSA, husband and wife to OLD <br />REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee for the benefit of <br />LESTER D. HAKE REVOCABLE TRUST the beneficiary named therein, dated February 8, <br />2013, recorded May 20, 2013 in the Register of Deeds office as Document No. 201304007 has <br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of <br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to <br />such premises: <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4SE1 /4) of Section Twenty <br />(20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section Twenty (20), a distance of Six Hundred <br />Twenty Eight (628.0) feet to the Southeast corner of Bel Air Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska; thence Westerly along and upon the South line of Bel Air Addition, a <br />distance of One Hundred Seventy Five (175.0) feet; thence running Southerly and parallel <br />to the East line of said Section Twenty (20), a distance of Two Hundred Sixteen and Forty <br />Nine Hundredths (216.49) feet to the actual place of beginning; thence Westerly a distance <br />of One Hundred Thirty and Nine Tenths (130.9) feet to a point Two Hundred Thirteen and <br />Eighty Eight Hundredths (213.88) feet South of the South line of said Bel Air Addition; <br />thence running Southerly and parallel to the East line of said Section Twenty (20), a <br />distance of Seventy Five (75) feet; thence running Easterly a distance of One Hundred <br />Thirty (130.0) feet to a point Two Hundred Eighty Eight and Eighty Eight Hundredths <br />(288.88) feet South of the South line of said Bel Air Addition; thence running Northerly <br />and parallel to the East line of said Section Twenty (20) a distance of Seventy Five (75.0) <br />feet to the place of beginning <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises. <br />
