Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo <br /> Bank, N.A. on June 25, 2012 by assignment recorded on July 2, 2012 at <br /> Instrument No. 201205348 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> County, Nebraska. <br /> Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the <br /> trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such <br /> breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became <br /> due, or (2) pay taxes.
