<br />At Beneficiary's request, and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, Trustee hereby grants, releases, and reconveys to Trustor or the person(s) entitled
<br />thereto, all right, title, and interest of the Trustee acquired by virtue of the above - mentioned Trust
<br />Deed and Assignment of Rents in and to the following property:

<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4; thence running Northerly, along and upon the West line of
<br />said SW 1/4, a distance of 1,320.83 feet; thence deflecting Right 89 degrees, 39 minutes, 41 seconds and
<br />running Easterly, a distance of 3,449.54 feet to a point which is 15.0 West of (measured perpendicular to) the
<br />centerline of an existing railroad track; thence deflecting Right 90 degrees, 09 minutes, 01 seconds and
<br />running Southerly, parallel with and 15 West of (measured perpendicular to) the centerline of said existing
<br />railroad track, a distance of 1,322.07 feet to a point on the South line of said SE 1/4, thence deflecting Right
<br />89 degrees, 56 minutes, 15 seconds and running Westerly, along and upon the South line of said SE 1/4, a
<br />distance of 811.40 feet to the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4; thence deflecting Left 00 degrees 05 minutes
<br />00 seconds and running Westerly along and upon the South line of said SW 1/4, a distance of 2,642.81 feet
<br />to the Point of Beginning.
