2013076 <br />The Property is quitclaimed by Grantor subject to the following covenant, condition and <br />restriction which Grantees, by the acceptance ofthis Quitclaim Deed, covenant for themselves, their <br />heirs and assigns, faithfully to keep, observe and perform: <br />Restriction on Use.
