July 20, 2015 <br />Space Above This Line for Recording Data <br />() <br />Dated this ,O44-day of <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />LONNIE L LOGAN AND CATHY A LOGAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated NOVEMBER 20, 2002 recorded NOVEMBER 20, <br />2002 in DOCUMENT #0200212901, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S <br />OFFICE IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO releasing a Deed of Trust <br />Modification Agreement dated February 7, 2013 and recorded February 11, 2013 in Document <br />#0201301114 AND an Extension Agreement dated February 28, 2011 and recorded March 2, 2011 in <br />Document # 0201101678, AND a Balloon Rider dated December 6, 2004 and recorded December 16, 2004 <br />in Document # 0200412059; AND a Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated September 16, 2003 and <br />recorded September 19, 2003 in Document # 0200312518; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />PARCEL THREE: 404 W 14TH <br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK ONE (1) PARK PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />" -F1 ,L/ <br />Arend R.
