03 <br />Please retum to: <br />Catrina DeLosh <br />Public Works Department <br />PO Box 1988 <br />Grand Island, NE 68802 <br />1 <br />This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds <br />(;) <br />co <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a <br />municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and JANET STANDER AND RAYMOND L. <br />STANDER, OWNERS, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee ". <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms <br />and conditions, under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described <br />improvement which will infringe upon the Licensor: <br />Installation, maintenance, and repair of a 16" x 30' drainage culvert under the driveway serving <br />1208 N North Road. See attached sketch. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described <br />real estate adjacent to the Licensor's real estate to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />An undivided one -half interest in: A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4); thence <br />running southerly along the east line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4), on an <br />Assumed Bearing of S 00 00' 00" E, a distance of Four Hundred Ninety Two (492.00) feet, to the <br />northeast comer of Hanover Subdivision; thence running S 90 00' 00" W, along the north line of <br />Hanover Subdivision, a distance of Three Hundred Thirty (330.00) feet, to the northwest corner of <br />Hanover Subdivision; thence running 8 00 00' 00" E, along the west line of Hanover Subdivision, a <br />distance of Three Hundred Ninety Six (396.00) feet, to the southwest corner of Hanover Subdivision; <br />thence running S 90 00' 00" E, along the south line of Hanover Subdivision, a distance of Three <br />Hundred Thirty (330.00) feet, to the southeast corner of Hanover Subdivision, and to a point on the <br />east line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4); thence running S 00 00' 00" W, <br />along the east line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4), a distance of Four <br />Hundred Twenty Five and Twenty Hundredths (425.20) feet, to the southeast corner of said North <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4); thence running N 89 22' 25" W, along the south line of <br />said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4), a distance of Seven Hundred Sixty Two and <br />Forty Four Hundredths (762.44) feet thence running N 00 00' 00" E, a distance of One Thousand <br />Three Hundred Sixteen and Eighteen Hundredths (1316.18) feet, to a point on the north line of said <br />North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4); thence running S 89 08' 58" E, along the north line <br />of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4), a distance of Seven Hundred Sixty Two and <br />Forty Eight Hundredths (762.48) feet to the point of beginning. <br />� `D° <br />
