STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon the public right -of -way; Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigate the public right -of -way abutting the property at 2309 W Capital Avenue. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads, control box and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with the Capital Avenue — Webb Road to Broadwell Avenue Widening in Grand Island, Project No. URB- 5436(5); Control No. 42707. 2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. This License Agreement applies to West Sixty Six (66) Feet of the North Thirty Eight and Four Tenths (38.4) Feet of Lot Three (3), and the West Half (W' /2) of Lot One (1), Block Six (6), College Addition to West Lawn, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described improvement at the Licensee's sole risk. The Licensee hereby waives any claim for damages against the Licensor, its officers, employee, agents and independent contractors for any damage or injury that may result to said improvement.
