WINFIELD, husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as <br />tenants in common, to each an undivided one -half thereof, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Winfield <br />as Victoria L. Winfield. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on September // , 2013 by SUSAN <br />K. DEITRICK, a single person, GRANTOR. <br />
