<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by Lonnie J.Mitteis and
<br /> Debra R.Mitteis,husand and wife,
<br /> To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br /> ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 13,
<br /> 2011, and recorded June 17, 2011, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> Instrument No. 0201104508,has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br /> P.M.,running thence North, parallel with the West boundary line thereof, for a distance of 330 feet;
