<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Rick L
<br />Kasai, as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named therein, dated January 31, 2003, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N /A, Page NIA or
<br />Instrument Number 0200301381, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance
