<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 29, 2008, executed by STEVEN L BEHRING and
<br />KATHLEEN A BEHRING; HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No 0200808611, recorded on the 9 day of
<br />October 9, 2008, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT "G" NI ELM PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, ALSO A TRIANGULAR PIECE OF GROUND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOW: TO -WIT:
<br />COMMENCING AT A POINT WHERE THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 11 AND 12 OF THE
<br />COUNTY SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1 /4) OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (SW1 /4) OF SECTION SIXTEEN (16), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE
<br />NINE (9) WEST INTERSECTS WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF DIVISION STREET AND
<br />RUNNING THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID STREET LINE 31.2 FEET; THENCE RUNNING
<br />NORTHERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES TO A POINT WHERE THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LOTS
<br />11 AND 12 IS INTERSECTED THENCE ALONG SAID DIVIDING LINE IN A SOUTHERLY
<br />DIRECTION TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
