Sorgenfrei, being fully sworn upon oath, deposes and says; <br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is <br />now a partner in the firm of Rockwell And Associates, L.L.C. Engineering <br />& Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. Affiant further states that on August 30, 2013, he completed a survey of <br />Copper Creek Estates Fourth Subdivision, and that the original plat of <br />said subdivision is now recorded at the Register of Deeds Office in the Hall <br />County Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of Copper <br />Creek Estates Fourth Subdivision and has discovered an error in the bearing <br />shown for the chord distance on the east line of Lot 1, Copper Creek Estates <br />Fourth Subdivision, as shown on the plat drawing. <br />4. Affiant further states that the bearing shown for the chord distance on the <br />east line of Lot 1, Copper Creek Estates Fourth Subdivision should be <br />S 04 ° 59' 02" E in lieu of S 04 ° 59' 02" W as shown on the plat drawing. <br />
