<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed(s) of Trust dated October 5, 2001, and October 18, 2012, executed by Richard L.
<br />Geist Jr and Tamra S. Geist; Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No. 0200110386 on the 15th of
<br />October, 2001, and entered as Instrument No. 201208905 on the 24 of October, 2012, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />a Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4NW1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (1
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />r te — said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;

<br />XI Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
