<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, it's authorized officer, as trustee under
<br />the Trust Deed dated 08/30/2008 and recorded on 09/05/2008, recorded as Instrument 0200807684;
<br />executed by Craig M. McIntyre and Amv M. McIntyre, Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank
<br />of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely Craig M. McIntyre and Amv M. McIntyre. Husband and Wife. the
<br />estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />And
<br />Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Capital Heights Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on September 4. 2013.

<br />On this 4th day of September. 2013, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said
<br />County personally came Jared P. Wetovick, Branch President— CEO of Pinnacle Bank, a Corporation, to
<br />me personally known to be the President and identical person whose name is affixed to the above
<br />release, and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such officer, and
<br />the voluntary act and deed of said corporation.
