The notices were served on all such persons and entities <br /> entitled to such notice pursuant to Nebraska law, and were served at the addresses required by <br /> law, or by publication, as the case may be, to all persons and entities with a relevant interest in <br /> the subject property of record, based upon diligent investigation and inquiry.
