Grabowski, husband and wife, <br />in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to David W. Fries and <br />Sharon A. Fries, husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, <br />and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat.
