<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Deed of Trust," executed by Herman T. Meyer and Joanne G. Meyer; as
<br />Husband and Wife, ("Trustor"), to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated March 6, 2008, and recorded March 10, 2008, as Instrument
<br />#200801971, and Modification dated May 7, 2008 recorded June 13, 2008 as
<br />instrument #200805103 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the
<br />Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Fractional Lot One (1), in Fractional Block Fourteen (14), Ashton Place, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that part of
<br />the Easterly Fifty -four (54) Feet of Fractional Block Twenty -One (21),
<br />Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2603 W. 2 Grand
<br />Island, NE 68803.
