Uden, a single man, as Trustor on June 17, 2009, in which Mortgage <br /> Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") (solely as nominee for <br /> lender, as hereinafter defined, and lender's successors and assigns) , was <br /> named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on June 25, <br /> 2009 at Instrument No. 0200905136 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br /> of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo <br /> Bank, N.A. on April 6, 2012 by assignment recorded on April 11, 2012 at <br /> Instrument No. 201202821 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> County, Nebraska. <br /> Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the <br /> trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such <br /> breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became <br /> due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that because of such <br /> default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed is accelerated. <br /> Trustor has thirty days from the date this Notice of Default is given to <br /> cure said default. Trustor may make payment to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. <br /> of the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
