Box 627, Grand Island, NE 68802 -0627 <br />CONSENT TO COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Collateral Assignment of Lease Agreement to Home Federal Bank by Brian A. Grupe and <br />Doreen M. Grupe, husband and wife, of a Lease dated August 16, 2013, wherein <br />Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Brian A. Grupe and Doreen M. Grupe, husband and <br />wife, are the Lessees, such lease commenced August 16, 2013, and terminates August <br />15, 2048, and pertains to: <br />Lot Six (6), situated on the West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake <br />and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %SW %) <br />of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Collateral Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to Home Federal Bank, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount <br />of $75,000.00 and a Financing Statement or mortgage or trust deed covering the above - <br />described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />By <br />Larry Frost, Its President <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this 1 day of August, 2013, by Larry Frost, President of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />ran to 11 Cr\.
