He is Successor Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in <br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. <br />200702506. <br />2. That Juan Munoz, a single person, and Delmi Rodriguez, a <br />single person, are the Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Five Points <br />Bank as Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on <br />a note payable to Five Points Bank. <br />4.
