He is Successor Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in <br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. <br />200803793. <br />2. That Juan A. Munoz, a single person, and Delmi A. <br />Rodriguez, a single person, are the Trustors under the said Trust <br />Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Five Points <br />Bank as Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on <br />a note payable to Five Points Bank. <br />4.
