In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security <br />Instrument, the Revocable Trust Trustee(s), and the Revocable Trust Settlor(s) and the Lender <br />further covenant and agree as follows: <br />A. Inter Vivos Revocable Trust. <br />1.
