Said payments shall continue with the last payment <br />due the 1s day of February, 2007. As the result of the offset described, <br />the Clerk of the Court shall give the Respondent credit against this <br />judgment the sum of $500 per month commencing June 1, 2003, <br />with the last credit entered February 1, 2007. Commencing March 1, <br />2007, assuming Respondent has completed payments pursuant to this <br />paragraph, Petitioner shall begin paying the full amount of her child <br />support obligation. <br />h. The Respondent shall exercise his option, if any, to extend <br />health insurance coverage through his employer to the parties' minor <br />children and for such additional health insurance coverage through his <br />employer which favors the best interest of said minor children. The <br />parties are ordered to each pay one -half of all medical related <br />expenses which are not covered by health insurance. <br />i. Regardless of the custody determination of the court, (a) <br />each parent shall continue to have full and equal access to the <br />education and medical records of his or her child unless the court <br />orders to the contrary and (b) either parent may make emergency <br />decisions affecting the health or safety of his or her child while the <br />child is in the physical custody of such parent pursuant to a visitation <br />order entered by the Court. <br />j. No alimony shall be awarded to either Petitioner or <br />Respondent. <br />k.
