<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Deed of Trust," executed by GIOMAHA, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liablity
<br />Company, ( "Trustor "), to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated August 15, 2007, and "recorded August 15, 2007, as Instrument #200707009,
<br />then re- recorded August 30, 2007, as Instrument # 200707469 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska, have been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />Lot One (1), LaBelindo Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska excepting a tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 200316345.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1300 S. Locust Street, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska 68801.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the
<br />Trust Deed, in and, to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. Section 76- 1001):
