Green and Phil Mader, <br />jointly and severally, assign all of our respective interests in real estate devised to us <br />under the Will of Leonard H. Mader, deceased, and received by us under the <br />Renunciation filed in said Estate by Marlene M. Mader, the surviving spouse of Leonard <br />H. Mader, to TWO CREEKS FARM, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company; <br />FURTHER, we hereby authorize the Personal Representative of the Estate of <br />Leonard H. Mader, namely Marlene M.
