<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Homero P
<br />Alvidrez Jr and Tiffany D Fairbanks, as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings
<br />Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated May 23, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book N /A, Page N/A or Instrument Number 0200205556, and Beneficial Interest in said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
<br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book N/A Page N /A, or Instrument
<br />Number N/A has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
<br />be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the
