<br />Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated May 1, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in Book N /A, Page N/A or Instrument Number 0200204729, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska
<br />Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book N/A Page N /A, or Instrument Number N/A has
<br />been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
<br />be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.

<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the
