<br />County, State of Nebraska;
<br />THE WEST SIXTY FEET (W60') OF LOT SIX (6) AND THE WEST SIXTY FEET (W60') OF THE
<br />NORTH SIX FEET (N6') OF LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK TEN (10) OF PACKER AND BARR'S ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
<br />original Trustee, and said original trustee has been notified by mail. Therefore, the undersigned, as present
<br />Beneficiary, hereby substitutes WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. as Trustee ( "Substitute Trustee ") under said Deed
