<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made as of the j,) day of August, 2013, by PATRICK
<br />RENTALS, L.L.C, ( "TRUSTOR "), whose mailing address is: P.O. Box 1664, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802 -1664 and Ralph A. Bradley, Attorney at Law ( "TRUSTEE "), whose mailing address is: 202
<br />W. 3rd St., P.O. Box 639, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802 -0639 and FOX CONSTRUCTION,
<br />INC., ( "BENEFICIARY ") whether one or more, whose mailing address is 80 Ponderosa Dr.,
<br />Grand Island, NE 68803.
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys, and
<br />assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of
<br />Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property
<br />located in Hall County, Nebraska, and legally described as follows:
<br />(the "Property "):
<br />Lots Eight (8) and Seven (7), Block Four (4), Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />(NOTE: 622 E. 8th Street & 618 E. 8 Street, Grand Island, NE)
<br />TOGETHER WITH all rents, easements, appurtenances, hereditaments, interests in
<br />adjoining roads situated thereon.
<br />The property and the entire estate and interest conveyed to the Trustee are referred to
<br />collectively as the "Trust Estate ".
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
<br />a. Payment of indebtedness of the total principal amount of $67,500.00 with interest
<br />thereon at the rate of 5.00% per annum, as evidenced by a Promissory Note of even date (the
<br />"Note ") with a maturity date of August 12, 2015, executed by Trustor, which has been delivered
<br />and is payable to the order of Beneficiary, and which by this reference is hereby made a part
<br />hereof, and any and all modifications, extensions and renewals thereof.
