<br />WHEREAS, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated May
<br />23, 2011, executed by Jason J. Harb and Annette M. Harb, husband and wife; as Trustor(s), in which
<br />2:• CORNERSTONE BANK, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and
<br />® recorded August 18, 2011 in Instrument No. 201106160 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of
<br />{ C� Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the

<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (SW1/4 NW1/4); thence running northerly, along and upon the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (SW1 /4 NW1 /4), a distance of Six Hundred Forty Six and Seventy Three Hundredths (646.73)
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 89° 58' 12" and running easterly, a distance of One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety
<br />(1,290.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 01' 19" and running southerly, a distance of Six Hundred Seventy Eight
