<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Ralph A. Bradley, of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, dated April 29, 2011, executed by Peter B.
<br />VanWinkle II, Managing Member, of VANWINKLE LIMITED, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, as Trustor, in which FOX FAMILY L.L.C., is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned is named as trustee, and recorded May 2, 2011, as Instrument No. 0201103326, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and upon the Trustee receiving
<br />from FOX FAMILY L.L.C., the Beneficiary under such Deed of Trust, a written request to
<br />reconvey, the Trustee hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following- described real estate:
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Twenty -Seven (27), in the Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto the real estate above - described now held by it under such Deed of Trust.
<br />IN WITNESS whereof, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
