<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Ralph A. Bradley, of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, dated April 29, 2011, executed by KEITH A.
<br />KELLEY and CHRISTIE A. KELLEY, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which FOX FAMILY
<br />L.L.C., is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned is named as trustee, and recorded May 2,
<br />2011, as Instrument No. 0201103328, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State
<br />of Nebraska, and upon the Trustee receiving from FOX FAMILY L.L.C., the Beneficiary under
<br />such Deed of Trust, a written request to reconvey, the Trustee hereby releases said Deed of Trust
<br />on the following - described real estate:
<br />Fractional Lot Four (4), in Fractional Block Seven (7), in Voitle's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and its compliment Fractional Lot
<br />Four (4), in Fractional Block One Hundred Thirty One (131), in Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto the real estate above - described now held by it under such Deed of Trust.
