Hansen <br />and Judy D. Hansen, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and Jeffrey <br />A. Price and Cantessa R. Price, husband and wife, are Trustor and <br />Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on August 2, 2012, and <br />identified as Document No. 201206399, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Thirty -one (31) in Le Heights Fourth Subdivision, <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with -11 appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging - <br />or -•e to i g. <br />RONAL. •UE, TRUSTEE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me <br />on , 2013, by Ronald S.
