<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed May
<br />5, 1989, by DOUGLAS L. BENSON and JEAN M. BENSON, husband and wife, Trustor, to
<br />NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is named as Beneficiary and
<br />NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and filed for
<br />record on May 5, 1989, as Instrument Number 89- 102326. NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is named as Beneficiary and NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and filed for record on May 5, 1989, as Instrument
<br />Number 89- 102326 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. DONALD J.
<br />PAVELKA, JR. has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />Lots One Hundred Eleven (111) and One Hundred Twelve (112), in Hawthorne
<br />Place in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee,
<br />DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable
<br />pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
