<br /> Complaint being to obtain an accounting,to foreclose a deed of trust given by said John E.Bopp and Sharon R.Bopp,husband
<br /> and wife,to Gary D.Byrne,a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,as Trustee,for Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br /> Systems,Inc.,solely as nominee for the benefit of Homecomings Financial Network Inc.,Beneficiary,to foreclose any interest in or
