1 <br />1 <br />A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE NAME OF RILEY CIRCLE IN HORNADY SECOND <br />SUBDIVISION TO BENTLEY CIRCLE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO FILE AN <br />AFFIDAVIT NOTIFYING THE PUBLIC OF SUCH CHANGE WITH THE PLAT FOR <br />HORNADY SECOND SUBDIVISION AT THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />OFFICE. <br />WHEREAS, The Grand Island City Council approved and authorized the Mayor to <br />sign the Subdivision Plat for Hornady Second Subdivision at their meeting on October 9, 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 29, 2013, Ellen Hornady, representing JEH Holdings, LLC <br />contacted the City and requested that Riley Circle be changed to Bentley Circle; and <br />WHEREAS, no addresses have been issued at this time on Riley Circle, and <br />WHEREAS, no other Bentley Circle is within the City of Grand Island. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, THAT RILEY CIRCLE SHALL HENCEFORTH BE <br />KNOWN AS AND REFERRED TO AS BENTELY CIRCLE AND THE CITY CLERK SHALL BE <br />ATHORIZED TO FILE THIS RESOLUTION AS A AFFIDAVIT TO THE PLAT FOR HORNADY <br />SECOND SUBDIVISION GIVING NOTICE TO THIS CHANGE. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, April 23, 2013. <br />Attest: <br />RaNae Edwards, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION 2013 -110 <br />2 0 1 306298 <br />Approved as to Form <br />April 22, 2013 <br />a <br />13 CI omey <br />
