<br />Kurt M. Koepp, a /k /a Kurt Koepp, and Kristi A. Koepp, a /k /a Kristi
<br />Ann Koepp, husband and wife, herein called the GRANTOR, whether one
<br />or more, in consideration of love and affection received from
<br />GRANTEE, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto Kurt M. Koepp and Kristi A. Koepp, husband and wife, as
<br />tenants in common, herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more,
<br />the following described property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1 /2 SE1 /4) of
<br />Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />That part of the East Half of the West Half (E1 /2 W1 /2)
<br />and the West Half of the East Half (W1 /2 E1 /2) of Section
<br />Twelve (12), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. lying South of the Union Pacific
<br />Railroad right -of -way, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Twenty -five
<br />(25), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom a tract containing 2.5 acres, more or less,
<br />conveyed to the Trustees of the Amish Mennonite Church of
<br />Wood river by Deed recorded in Book 43, at Page 16 of the
<br />Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, said tract
<br />containing 157 acres, more or less;
<br />The West Half (W1 /2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of
<br />Section Two (2) in Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots One (1), Two (2),
<br />Three (3) and Four (4), Block Two (2), MacColl and
<br />Leflangs' Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom, that part of said
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), MacColl and Leflangs'
<br />Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebras-
<br />ka, conveyed to the State of Nebraska, Department of
<br />Roads in Warranty Deed recorded May 17, 2010, as Instru-
<br />ment No. 0201003324, and more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot
<br />Four (4); thence running easterly, along and upon the
<br />south line of said Lot Four (4), a distance of Seventy -
<br />three and Seventy -eight Hundredths (73.78) feet; thence
<br />deflecting left 89046'21" and running northerly a
<br />distance of Twenty -nine and Twenty -five Hundreds (29.25)
