Westphal and Mark A. <br />Westphal, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain sell, convey and confirm unto Chris M. Olsen and Bethany A.
