<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, Trustor, to Larry Paulsen, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August
<br />2. 2006, and recorded as Instrument No. 2006 - 06901 in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska, Register of Deeds
<br />on August 3, 2006; the First Amendment to the Deed of Trust executed by Copper Creek Estates -Grand Island,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, Trustor, to Larry Paulsen, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />October 19. 2006 and recorded as Instrument No. 2006 - 09427 in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska, Register
<br />of Deeds on October 23. 2006; to the Deed of Trust executed by Copper Creek Estates -Grand Island, L.L.C., a
<br />Nebraska limited liability company, Trustor, to Larry Paulsen, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 30,
<br />2008, and recorded as Instrument No. 2008 - 08930 in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska, Register of Deeds on
<br />October 23. 2008; and to the Deed of Trust executed by Copper Creek Estates -Grand Island, L.L.C., a Nebraska
<br />limited liability company, Trustor, to Larry Paulsen, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 17. 2007, and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 2007 - 06281 in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska, Register of Deeds on July 25,
<br />2007. desire to release the real estate secured by the Deed of Trust.
<br />For valuable consideration and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, any estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in the following described premises:
