The Renunciation made by me in Paragraphs 3.A., 3.B. and 3.C. of this <br /> document is a full and complete renunciation of all of the said life estate in Decedent's <br /> real estate pursuant to that part of Paragraph VII of Decedent's Will which reads as <br /> follows: "the life estate shall primarily be satisfied out of real estate which I own, and if real <br /> estate is insufficient, then from personal property assets which my wife chooses". This <br /> Renunciation is an irrevocable and unqualified refusal to accept the said life estate in the <br /> real estate described in Paragraphs 3.A., 3.B. and 3.C. above. The undersigned has not <br /> accepted any interest or benefit in, dominion over, and has not assigned, transferred nor <br /> waived the right to renounce this claim to property nor has such property been sold or <br /> disposed of pursuant to judicial process. <br /> 5. The Renunciation made by me in Paragraphs 3.D., 3.E. and 3.F. of this <br /> document is a full and complete renunciation of my right, title and interest in all of Items <br /> 3.D., 3.E. and 3.F. in the amount of$479,458.10 and that part of Item 3.G. up to and <br /> including $79,991.90 to enable me to make up the amount necessary, together with the <br /> life estate in real estate described in Item 3.A., 3.B. and 3.C. above, and after taking into <br /> consideration allowable deductions and bequests which qualify for the Unified Credit to <br /> make up the exemption equivalent of the Federal Unified Estate and Gift Tax Credit. This <br /> Renunciation is an irrevocable and unqualified refusal to accept the said renounced <br /> property and the undersigned has not accepted any interest or benefit in, dominion over, <br /> and has not assigned, transferred nor waived the right to renounce this claim to property <br /> nor has such property been sold or disposed of pursuant to judicial process. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I do hereby execute and deliver this Renunciation on <br /> this f day of August, 2013. <br /> Marlene M.
