Hoetfelker, Mortgagor, to David Marsh and Cleo Ramsey, Successor Mortgagees as <br />successors in interest as the sole heirs to their parents, Wayne Marsh, also known as Richard Wayne <br />Marsh, and Opal I. Marsh, original Mortgagees, both of whom are deceased.
