<br />This indenture is made by and between, Karleen K. Klimek, a single person and Michael W.
<br />Klimek, a single person, herein called the Grantor, whether one or more, and Michael W. Klimek, a
<br />single person, herein called the Grantee, whether one or more, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
<br />and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which the Grantor hereby acknowledges, and said
<br />Grantor does remise, release and forever quit claim unto the Grantee and his, her, or their heirs and
<br />assigns forever, all the Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska

<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments thereunto belonging, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the

<br />the said Grantor, nor any person in his, her or their name and behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or
<br />demand any right or title to the said premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by
<br />these presents be excluded and forever barred.
