Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />December 9, 2011, wherein MARIANDA ERIVES, a Married Person, and RAUL D ERIVES, a <br />Married Person, are the Trustors, which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 23, 2011, as Instrument No. 201109700; and contains as <br />trust property the following- described real estate: <br />The Easterly Ten (10) Feet of Lot Two (2) and the West Fifty -Eight (58) Feet of <br />Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), Pleasant View Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 815 East Bismark Road, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements and <br />additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property "; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Marianda Erives has failed <br />to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Consumer Real Estate Secured <br />Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold <br />the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Consumer Real Estate Secured Note <br />dated December 9, 2011, owing from Marianda Erives to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Deed <br />of Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />12,e,/ <br />Arend R.
