HEIDER, Trustee of the Herbert F. Heider Revocable Living Trust, dated <br />April 27, 2001, Grantor, (whether one or more), in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to HERBERT F. HEIDER and <br />JOANNE W. HEIDER, husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
