Mettenbrink and Jeanne A. Mettenbrink; as Husband and <br />Wife as Trustors to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 9, 2008 <br />recorded April 11, 2008, as instrument number 0200803032 to the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
