<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Carl W. Mettenbrink and Jeanne A. Mettenbrink; as Husband and
<br />Wife as Trustors to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 9, 2008
<br />recorded April 11, 2008, as instrument number 0200803032 to the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2 SW1 /4) of
<br />Section Fourteen (14), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest corner of said South half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (51/2 SW1 /4); thence easterly, along and upon the south line of said South Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (S1/2 SW1 /4), a distance of Seven Hundred Ninety One and Two Tenths (791.2) feet to the
<br />ACTUAL point of beginning; thence deflecting left 90° 00' 00" and running northerly, a distance of One
<br />Thousand Nine and Seven Tenths (1,009.7) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' 00" and running easterly,
<br />parallel with the south line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2 SW114), a distance of Four
<br />Hundred Seventy Nine and Fifty Five Hundredths (479.55) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' 00" and
<br />running sautlherly, a distance of One Thousand Nine and Seven Tenths (1,009.7) feet to a point ont he
<br />south line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2 SW1 /4); thence westerly, along and upon the
<br />south line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter (5112 SW1 /4), a distance of Four Hundred Seventy
<br />Nine and Fifty Five Hundredths (479.55) feet to the ACIIJA1, point of beginning
