<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, John M. Cunningham, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br /> dated April 27, 2010, executed by Jordan B. Barnhart, a single person, as Trustor, in which
<br /> Gregory M. Cramer and Shannilee Barnhart Cramer, husband and wife, of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, are named as Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was
<br /> recorded on April 29, 2010, as Instrument No. 0201002872 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, John M. Cunningham, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, has received from Gregory M. Cramer and Shannilee Barnhart Cramer of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above-
<br /> mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), and Seventeen
<br /> (17) in Block One (1), Clark's Addition to the Village of Wood River, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
